Application of three anti glue in electronic industry
Coated materials are used to protect circuit board assemblies that require reliability, long service life, and excellent quality under harsh working conditions (damp, prone to condensation and high temperatures).
Complete production and coating processes (not only protective coatings) of electronic assemblies must be emphasized and optimized so that products can work more steadily under the required environmental conditions and over a longer working life. The selection of substrate and flux, the design of circuit board and the welding process will greatly affect the environmental resistance of assembly.
Protective coating requires a number of very critical steps: removal of residues on the assembly that affect adhesion and insulation performance, reliable and correct coating process, and complete solidification to obtain the best insulation performance are all necessary factors for the development of high performance protective coatings.
