Usage method:
Ratio: A:B =100:30 (weight ratio)
Available time: 25 C * 3-4 hours (100g mixture).
Curing conditions: 100 c * 2 hours or 90 C * 4 hours.
Products to be potting should be kept dry and clean.
When using, check the A agent first, see if there is any settlement, and stir the A agent evenly.
Take the quantity according to the proportion and weigh it accurately. Remember that the proportion is weight ratio rather than volume ratio. The mixture of A and B should be fully stirred evenly to avoid incomplete curing.
After mixing, please pour glue in time and use the mixed glue as far as possible.
After pouring, the glue gradually penetrates into the crevice of the product, and if necessary, glue two times.
During curing, keep the environment clean so as to avoid impurities or dust falling onto the surface of the uncured glue.
Matters needing attention:
This product will start to solidify gradually after mixing, and its viscosity will gradually increase and some heat will be released.
The more the amount of glue mixed together, the faster the reaction, the faster the curing speed, and may be accompanied by a large amount of heat, please pay attention to control the amount of one-time dispensing, because the reaction is accelerated, its usable time will be shortened, after mixing the glue as soon as possible in a short period of time to use up;
Usable time: refers to the time when the viscosity of the 100 g mixed glue doubles at 25 C, not after the operating time, the glue can never be used;
Very few people who have been exposed to glue for a long time will have mild skin allergy and itching. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using. When sticking to the skin, please wipe it off with acetone or alcohol and clean it with detergent.
