Curing definitions 

After assembly, the PUR 3543 will form a strong initial adhesion mainly through physical action. In 24 hours, the strength will increase gradually with the chemical reaction. It is suggested that the strength test be done after 24 hours of curing of glue water.

Because different environment, dispensing quantity, temperature can affect the speed of complete curing of glue, generally the definition of complete curing is that under the condition of fixed amount, with the increase of time, the adhesive strength of glue no longer changes significantly. This event is the time required for the complete curing of glue; 

Safety 

Wear protective gloves and glasses, when removed, be sure to wear Ding Qing gloves, when glue drops on the hand, use a large amount of cold water and soap water cleaning;

Glue heating temperature should not exceed 150℃, heating time should not exceed 8 hours; 

Storage and transportation 

The best storage temperature :8-28℃, long storage temperature over 30℃ will affect the quality of glue, must be stored in dry, constant temperature and humidity;
